2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use PsycheShare. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you must have parental or guardian consent to access the site and its features.
Therapists applying for listing must:

Agree to provide accurate and up-to-date credentials and documentation.
3. Use of the Website
3.1. Permitted Uses
You may use PsycheShare for personal, non-commercial purposes such as reading content, sharing stories, contacting listed therapists, or submitting therapist applications.
3.2. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:

Post content that is false, misleading, defamatory, harassing, hateful, obscene, or invasive of privacy.

Submit unauthorized or copyrighted material.

Attempt to access restricted areas or use automated means to scrape data.

Misrepresent your identity or qualifications.

Upload harmful code or engage in activities that harm the site’s operation or users.
4. User-Generated Content
4.1. Content Submission
Users may post stories, comments, and other content. By submitting content, you grant PsycheShare a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, display, distribute, and modify your content in connection with the platform.
4.2. Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your submissions. You agree your content will not:

5. Therapist Listings
5.1. Application and Fees
Therapists may apply to be listed on PsycheShare. A non-refundable application fee of $120 is required and covers:

Review of your credentials and application.

First-year listing upon approval.
Annual renewal of your listing also incurs a $120 fee, due on or before the anniversary of your approval date.
5.2. Listing Approval
PsycheShare reserves the right to accept or reject therapist applications at its sole discretion. All submitted credentials must be truthful and verifiable.
5.3. Responsibilities of Listed Therapists

Ensure your profile is accurate and updated.

Act professionally and ethically in interactions with users.

Understand that PsycheShare does not vet client-therapist interactions and bears no responsibility for outcomes from consultations.
5.4. Visibility and Client Engagement
Being listed on PsycheShare does not guarantee that users or clients will contact, engage, or hire you. Listing on the platform only makes your profile available to site visitors, and the decision to reach out lies solely with users.
We do not provide leads, marketing services, or client acquisition services. Therapists are encouraged to ensure their profiles are compelling, accurate, and professional to increase their visibility and credibility.
PsycheShare is not liable for any loss of business, income, or opportunity related to being listed or not receiving inquiries.
5.5. Removal of Listings
We may remove or suspend any therapist profile if:

Credentials cannot be verified.

Ethical complaints or misconduct arise.

Payment for renewal is not received on time.
6. Donations
6.1. Purpose
Donations are voluntary and support PsycheShare’s operational costs and content moderation efforts. Donations do not entitle donors to editorial control or special privileges.
6.2. Payment Processing
All donations are processed securely through third-party platforms. By donating, you agree to their terms of service.
Donations are non-refundable.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. Ownership
All original content (excluding user-generated content), features, design elements, logos, and trademarks are owned by PsycheShare and protected by intellectual property laws.
7.2. User Content License
You retain ownership of your content, but grant PsycheShare a license as described in Section 4.1.
You may not copy, reproduce, or republish PsycheShare’s proprietary content without written permission.
8. Third-Party Services
PsycheShare may include links to external sites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party platforms, including those of listed therapists.
9. Privacy and Security

We employ security measures to protect user data but cannot guarantee complete protection against unauthorized access or breaches.
10. Limitation of Liability
